FastPropertyROI is a client-side property investment calculator. We are committed to your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (very little) and how we handle it.

Data We Collect

Short answer: we don't collect your data.

All property calculations run entirely in your browser. Your financial inputs (property price, rental income, costs, etc.) are never sent to our servers. We have no database, no user accounts, and no server-side processing of calculator inputs.

Contact Form

If you use our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, and message. This data is transmitted to our contact processing service solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

Cookies

FastPropertyROI itself does not set any cookies. However, third-party services on this site may use cookies:

• Advertising partners: If ads are displayed on this site, ad networks (such as Google AdSense) may set cookies to serve relevant advertisements and measure performance. These cookies are governed by the respective ad network's privacy policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect the calculator's functionality.

Analytics

We do not currently use any analytics or tracking services. No usage data, IP addresses, or browsing behaviour is collected.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on AWS CloudFront and S3. Standard server access logs may be retained by the hosting provider for operational purposes (e.g., error monitoring). These logs are not used for tracking individual users.

Children's Privacy

FastPropertyROI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
